- Nomination details: Type of nomination (self / individual / organization), selected SDG category

- Personal information: Full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email, title, ORCID, current affiliation, position, discipline, research focus, personal profile link (if any), and CV

- Written statements and Optional attachments: Letters of recommendation, publications, patents, and other supporting materials

2. How Your Data Will Be Used

Your data will be used strictly for the following purposes:

- To process and evaluate your nomination/application

- To contact you or your nominator/recommender as needed

- For internal, non-commercial statistical analysis

- For public announcement purposes, only if you are selected as an award recipient (e.g., name, nationality, institution, research focus)

Your data will never be sold or used for commercial purposes.

3. How We Protect Your Data

- All data is stored securely on encrypted servers with limited access

- Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse

- Your data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above, and no longer than five (5) years

- After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized
